Second Annual General Meeting Held On 28th August 2022

Second Annual General Meeting of Vasundhara Jan Seva Samiti was held on 28/08/22, at Hotel Crystal Palace, Sector-16, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. The agenda of the meeting was;

1. To read and pass the minutes of first A.G.M. held on 26th December 2021.

2. To present and pass the Balance Sheet and Income and Expenditure Account of the year 2021-2022.

3. Progress report of the samiti by the secretary.

4. Discussion on proposed old age home.

5. Feedback and Suggestions by members.

6. Launching of first edition of Samiti's magazine " Seva Darpan".

7. President's address.

8. Anything else with the permission of the President
